Quality & Performance Statement
It is Mechcom's Policy to provide quality products and service to our customers which meet the contractual requirements and expectations of their order.
The products used for installations are designed, manufactured and tested by trained personnel to meet the extremes and conditions of the Mechanical services (Construction) Industry. Performance, reliability and Health & Safety are of prime importance and, where applicable, in accordance with national and international standards.
Mechcom assures quality and reliability by ensuring all team members understand what is required of them. We do this by providing them with the means of accomplishing their tasks, obtaining customer feedback and undergoing regular and positive performance reviews.
Our Quality System is run in accordance with current EN ISO legislation and all products used comply with client and company specifications.
The performance of the quality system is regularly and independently audited, and regularly reviewed in order that the best is retained, and the rest improved.

Environmental Policy Statement
It is our intent to ensure we supply our products and services in a manner which can be produced, used and disposed of safely, and to obtain and provide relevant information on possible harm to people, wildlife and the environment. The company, by means of its Environmental Management systems, is committed to the prevention of pollution to land, water or air.
Mechcom will provide clients and consumers with information and support to enable them to handle, process and dispose of all materials used in an environmentally friendly manner. Sound environmental principles
will be practiced in order to comply with current Government legislation. Furthermore, we will pursue responsible improvement programmes in the areas of energy saving, safe material storage, and the reduction of waste and emissions to the atmosphere.

Health & Safety Promise
It is our policy that our operations are carried out at all times in such a
way as to ensure, so far as it is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all
our employees and all other persons likely to be affected by our operations including other
contractors and members of the public.
This policy is the direct responsibility of the Directors who are charged with its implementation.
